Midtown Rest Haven Boarding Home is a New Jersey Class C boarding home licensed by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA). Since 1995, our mission has been to provide a safe, affordable, respectful, and supportive living environment for adults who benefit from stable housing and compassionate care.

Our boarding home was originally operated by Elizabeth Harris Wilson, who led the organization with dedication from 1995 through 2018. Her commitment to treating every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect established the foundation on which Midtown Rest Haven continues to serve the community today.

Today, Midtown Rest Haven LLC is proudly operated by Keisha Harris, daughter of the former operator, who continues her mother’s legacy of providing quality housing and supportive services while maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety, and resident care.

At Midtown Rest Haven, we believe every resident deserves to be treated with respect, encouraged to maintain independence, and supported in a welcoming community. Our goal is to provide more than housing—we strive to create a place residents can truly call home, where they feel valued, secure, and cared for every day.
